Executive Assistant Miguel Luis Sto. Domingo, along with the dedicated students and teachers of Buenlag Elementary School, took a stand for the environment through the Pangasinan Green Canopy Program. The Green Canopy Program was launched in the early second quarter of 2023, the Provincial Government of Pangasinan with the leadership of Gov. Ramon Guico III envisioned planting one million trees and mangroves in strategic areas in the province within a year. The project is being conducted on all schools and mangrove areas of Pangasinan.
