PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 238-2020
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 (PENALTIES) OF PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE
NO. 235-2020 OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “MANDATORY WEARING OF FACE MASK ORDINANCE”
PENALTIES:
First (1st) Offense: Offender shall be fined P1,000.00 and/or shall attend community service or awareness campaign on COVID-19 for at least three (3) hours as conducted by the barangays and other local government offices,
Second (2nd) Offense: The offender shall be fined P2,500.00 or an imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days or both at the discretion of the courts.
Third (3rd)and subsequent offenses, The offender shall be fined P5,000.00 or an imprisonment of not more than six (6) months or both at the discretion of the courts.
